Military Commemorative Cross / Badge for the Warriors evacuated to the CHATALDZHA Camp ( TURKEY)
Order # 61 of June 30, 1923 Commander -in -Chief General WRANGEL for the Cossacks stationed in the camp near the Turkish village of CHATALDZHA, a cross was established with the exception “CHATALDZHA “ and the dates “1920-1922”.
The rectangular cross was made of dark metal and covered with black paint. The raised inscription, date and border remained metal.
Depending of the time and place of manufacture, the installations on the crosses were made in different fonts.
