    Description

    Walt Disney ~ 1958 Record
    "Great Songs from
    Walt Disney’s Motion Pictures"
    Never Been Opened ~ Never Been Played
    This 45 RPM Record has never been played. Introduced in 1958 @ 79₵ Marked down to 29₵. I bought all the original stock records from a May’s Dime Store in 1965 when I was just 15 years old. I had to mow two large Lawns to make enough money for them. May’s was moving to a new location. We just found the box I had them sealed in. Elsewhere in our eBay Store you will find Captain Kangaroo’s “Treasure House Of Best-Loved Songs”.  Stored in a controlled environmental area (My closet shelf at my parent’s house) for over 50 years! My parents passed on and we cleaned out the house and sold it. I found many, long lost treasures that I bought and packed away on the top shelf in my closet.
    Featuring the “Sandpiper Chorus and Orchestra”. Directed by Mitch Miller. The back of the record jacket says, “In every one of Walt Disney’s motion pictures, the master of cartoon entertainment always manages to capture your heart with a song. Here are some of the greatest from
    Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,
    Pinocchio,
    Song of the South,
    Cinderella
    and
    The Three Little Pigs.
    As with the motion pictures themselves, they are entertainment for the whole family.”
    It features the following 7 songs;
    Hi-Ho, Hi-Ho & Whistle While You Work from “Snow White”. A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes, from “Cinderella”. When You Wish Upon A Star & Give A Little Whistle from “Pinocchio”. Who’s Afraid of the Big, Bad Wolf ?
    From “The Three Little Pigs”. Zip-A-Dee Doo-Dah from “Song of the South”.
    Five of the finest films Disney made in the early 1950’s.
    45 RPM, Extended Play. The record has never been taken out of its jacket and never been played.
    Distributed by “Affiliated Publishers”, Rockefeller Center, New York 20, N.Y. Dated 1958. By A.A. Records. We only have 11. A rare treat for those from that era. I remember watching The Mickey Mouse Club almost every day when I was a young boy.  Sent First Class U.S. Postal.
