    In the 1970s, French movie star Alain Delon designed furniture and a few useful items for the home. This teapot was designed by him and produced in Paris. It is large and holds 5 quarts. The handle moves to one side or can stay up. There is a hinged cover on the spout. It doesn't whistle but probably it did when it was new. The body is made of stainless steel and the handle and lid knob are made of something like Bakelite. The knob forms the shape of a teapot. It is signed on the bottom Alain Delon along with his logo and STS 304 18-10
