    To offer a balanced view of my ONE single negative feedback item. I accidentally listed a ring as a synthetic ruby, but my husband told me right as I clicked list that it was glass, not a synthetic gem. The ring sold, I kid you, not 10 seconds after I listed it. I was so worried about the buyer (knowing that it was not a real gem) that I immediately cancelled the sale. I should have reached out to the seller first, but for whatever reason, I did not. In my mind, the seller would want nothing to do with a fake jewel. When I relisted, I did for the EXACT same price. Nothing was motivated by greed. Everything happened so fast, and by the time I got around to reaching out, he/she had already left negative feedback. It was my fault. I accept responsibility for it, and I own the negative mark with grace. But I hope you will still choose to purchase from me. The animals approve this message.
