    Description

    Vintage Straw Woman's SALVATION ARMY BONNET
    A lovely straw hat for the Salvation Army - probably dates 1920-40's?
    Condition is very nice, but dusty and has some dirt.
    Inside measures approx. 18+ inches in circumference.
    The "SALVATION ARMY" red ribbon is intact, but wrinkled.
    There is a black decorative bow affixed to one side.
    The chin strap is one piece and not adjustable, though it does snap off on one side.
    The inside of the hat is intact with all the stitching in place.
    There is no maker name or stamp, or owner's name either.
    Note this has has the on piece of red ribbon on the outside side of the bonnet - not sure if that is a "rank" or not.
