Antique auction find. Exact age unknown. Wood handle is in good condition. I tried it out and it does whistles. Previously owned and has some, dents, wearing, scuffs and marks. Some discoloring of chrome base and base sides from use. Please see pictures for overall condition and feel free to ask questions.
