    Description

    This is a poscard issued by the Salvation Army.  It is captioned "Free Coal - Slum Work" and depicts a Salvation Army horse drawn wagon delivering coal to a crowd of people.  It doesn't indicate the place but I have guessed at New York.  It has never been used and has the Salvation Army shield logo on the back.
