Evans Vintage Lift Arm Lighter - Hammered Finish. The hammered finish is very light as this lighter was well used back in the day. The lid doesn't close all the way but I expect it can be adjusted. All of the parts and pieces seem to be in place, however this lighter is not tested. It will probably work fine with flint and fluid. A little cleaning, TLC, and elbow grease this lighter will hold a place of honor in your lighter collection. Date is unknown. See pics for details.
