***Buyer is purchasing from a small business/individual reseller. With that in mind, buyer understands and agrees that all sales are FINAL. If any issues arise during shipment or receipt, buyer agrees to provide full video footage, photography, and description of problem/packaging until seller/ebay is satisfied with provided information. Buyer also agrees to hold onto item and packaging in the event of a shipment insurance claim for 60 days (or until insurance claim has been closed out) after final determination between Seller, Buyer, and ebay (if necessary). Buyer will furnish any and all packaging material and items to initial shipping company as requested by the seller or ebay for determination of insurance claim (when requested). If a refund is agreed upon, the refund will not be processed until these terms have been met and final insurance determination has been made.
I strive to have my packages in the mail within 1 day of receipt of payment. However, handling times may vary between 1-3 days. Shipping time will vary based on location and time stated in listing. Seller reserves the right to adjust the shipping service to a FASTER shipping service at their sole discretion. Faster shipping service may be requested by the buyer at any time PRIOR to shipment if discussed with seller, additional charges will apply.
