    (1914-2000) He was the Chief Judge for the United States
    Tax Court, Washington, D.C., 1958-92, appointed by
    President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Typed letter signed, August 18,
    1970, regarding the Boy Scouts, accompanied by an autograph
    note signed on the correspondant's letter, granting permission
    to publish the previous letter.
