    US coins 1872 S Half Dime, mint mark above bow, old family collection, silver.Excellent condition as shown in photos. My Dad, 1910-1990, was an avid collector in the 1940s and 1950s and he had a good eye for quality. We were in Michigan so I'm sure he grabbed this one because of the San Francisco mint mark, we didn't see a lot of those. Now I'm 74 and my goal is to pay these great coins forward to another generation of collector.
