This listing features a spectacular two (2) slab lot of rare Christmas Tree Plume Agate AKA Linda Marie Plume Agate originating from Eastern Oregon near Succor Creek within Maheur County! This material was dug several decades ago and is representative of material that was mined prior to the modern day Linda Marie Plume Agate claim. As the name suggests, tall, detailed green plumes abound within a white host agate and unusual opal inclusions stabilized within the agate are also visible. The old-time, high end plume agate slabs weigh 12.1 ounces together. Individually, the rare, decades old plume slabs weigh and measure 1.) 6.5 ounces, 160mm by 124mm by 6mm 2.) 5.6 ounces, 165mm by 123mm by 5mm. All photos taken while the slabs were wet excluding the final two photographs which show both sides of the slabs while dry.
