    1899 Thanksgiving Proclamation signed by then-Governor of New York, Theodore Roosevelt
    This was found in the basement of a home in Oyster Bay, NY and later gifted to former NY State Senator, Henry Curran. I recently liquidated the estate of Senator Curran’s son and his wife and this was among their possessions.
    Fair amount of water damage noted, particularly in the signature field. 14” x 19”. It was once folded in quarters and the fold lines remain visible. Guaranteed authentic.
