This is created using Stampin' Up! cardstock, DSP, dies and ink.  This kit includes one completed card and pieces for you to create three more!  (Adhesives not included).
NEW!!  I really love how this one came out!!  This beautiful card kit is created with the Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Dies.  This fun fold is called a bridge fold and has the piece across the front bottom --in this case, it look like a brick wall with the plants on it!  Super cute!  This designer paper is so pretty, and there are narrow panels on the sides and then the lovely vine sort of look at the back.  The words "sending smiles" was perfect for this peaceful nature card!  (note--plant on right may vary)
I added LOTS of pictures for you--some are a little dark, but I wanted to get the angle right so you would be able to see how wonderful this card looks when it stands up!  I just really like the depth of this card!  MORE card kits like this listed now.
