There is no marking for F, M, B, etc on the nib or section, but look like it is Fine. The pen is in great condition with
some minor
scratches. A fresh black
ink cartridge just recently installed.
You don't see this particular model for sale too often due to the fact it was a Trendsetter model (so there were fewer made).  It is a beautiful pen and will be a great addition to you collection.
