The pen is pre-owned and in very clean condition.  The body and cap have typical micro-scratches and light marks from some use.  Some light marks on the end of body area.  No dents, dings, chips, cracks or damage.  Exceptional color.  Crisp, clear Sheaffer imprint on body.
No personalization.  Clean chrome trim with typical micro-scratches and light spotting as is common on early Sheaffer chrome trim.  Some light wear on edge of lever.  Clean grip section and very clean Sheaffer Junior 14kt gold nib with excellent point.  The pen has a new sac and fills and writes well.  No box
