    This pen measures 5 1/8 inches (132mm) long with the cap on . The nib looks like it may be a medium but is not marked with the size . The nib is marked Sheaffer's the letter R and USA . The cap has the white dot and is marked on the edge Sheaffer , Made In USA . I believe this pen is from the early 1970's .
