Sheaffer black 46 flat top fountain pen (666)

Description

Sheaffer black 46 lever filler. Correct smooth wet medium "Sheaffers 46 Special" larger open gold nib and feed. Plate wear starting on the top of the clip ball, probably from drawer wear as much as use. Very nice imprint. Color is nice with very light use or drawer wear. Little in the way of use marks at the posting area on the pen. Edges of the flat edges of cap and body crisp and sharp with no nicks or chips. A very nice example of this larger pen priced just under the white dot models which also had a guarentee. Pen is not easy to find in nice condition. From my black pen model display.
