    Mongolia is a cargo-passenger steamer built in 1901 by order of the Steamship Company of the Sino-East Railway in Trieste at Stabilimento Tekniko Triestino.
    February 15, 1904 in the port Dalniy steamer was mobilized in the 1 st Pacific Squadron and converted into a hospital ship for 160 beds with an operating room and X-ray room.
