    Description

    Here is a card that measures approx. 3 1/8" by 5 3/4" and that has a colorful embossed coat of arms with "Honorable James A. Farley" written in script below.  I believe this to be an early signature of Farley's.  The reverse has some pencil notations that you can see in the third scan which has been highly contrasted in order to read the marks and it is not yellow as the scan suggests.  Light surface marks with small staple holes seen in its upper right corner.  The coat of arms is beautifully embossed with a gold crown, Irish harp, eagle and stars.  Thanks for looking at this auction.
