    Non precious pink opal from Australia, doesn’t mean that it’s not beautiful, because it is. It just means you can purchase these two pieces at a fraction of the cost of  precious opals. The piece that is 3.75x1.25” and approximately 5/8” wide, means there is room to slice this slab in half width wise. Those swirls aren’t cracks, but a beautiful highlight that really brings the pink out. The smaller piece is 2x1 x 1.24” x .25”. There is no waste rock here, and the combined weight is 134 grams.
