    This auction is for a pair of Texas Handicapped License Plates.

    e the pictures and click on them to enlarge to see them larger and clearer as everyone's opinion on condition varies. In my opinion they are in mint condition. They are New Old Stock and have never been on a vehicle....maybe recalled because of the letters BJ? They are
    over three years old as per ebay's rules and expired in 2010.
    Buyer to add .55 First Class Mail shipping with the plates wrapped in separate liners and then in cardboard. Priority Mail Legal Flat Rate Envelope is also available if desired at .25 with the same liner and protective cardboard inserts. The Priority Mail shipping will include insurance.
