These are hand made copy of  Order of St Vladimir Civil version. Late 1800's early 1900's - last version before WW1.  It is made of gold and silver bullion threads on black felt. It is about 3.5 x 3.5 inches not includeing the felt.  S&H 5.00 USA, 14.00 overseas
