    Description

    This is nice material from the Ochoco  Mountains of Central, Oregon.  It makes beautiful jewelry especially when formed into doublets using lapis, red jasper or obsidian for a backing which accentuates the inclusions.  The slab measures  6 x 2 1/8 inches and is 8.5 mm thick.  picture with the ruler is shown dry and the the others are wet.
