Montana Pete's Square Dancing Made Easy - Book #1.  Two 78 RPM records and instruction book.
The records are in amazing shape - see pictures - I don't think they were used much, if at all.
The instruction book does have creases and some wear on the bottom half, but all pictures are crisp and the red color on the cover is still bright.
