The edition includes illustrations, texts and documents from “Collection to the memory of L. M. Matsievich” (SPb. 1912), long ago became a bibliographic rarity, and materials from the collection and archive of the author of the stories of Vladimir Panchenko “Sky Lev Matsievich” (Kiev, Pul’sari, 2009), the Alexandrovsky district Museum, the Central Museum of the air force, the Russian state archive of the Navy and other sources.
