For your consideration: this very nice hand signed typed letter by Assistant U.S. Secretary of Defense J. F. Jelley (Properties and Installations) to a man who requested an autographed photo.
It is dated February 11, 1954 and bears a crease along the right side. It shows some age toning but otherwise is in excellent condition. The page measures 8 x 10.5 inches. The official letterhead indicates that it is from the Properties and Installations division of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense in Washington, D.C.
