we can adjust the weight of a pool cue to your liking prior to shipping (18 to 21 oz).  When submitting payment via PayPal, you can place your weight request in the "Message to Seller" box.   If you missed it, you can always contact us right after payment via eBay “Messages-Contact Seller”.  If you do not specify a weight, you will
generally
receive a cue around 19 oz unless otherwise requested.
Cue Tip Change

In many cases we can change the tips on our cues to one of your preference.  We stock a wide variety of the most popular tip brands.  There will be an up-charge for the labor and cost of tip.  There may also be a 1 to 3 business day delay in shipping to conduct the necessary labor.  Please contact us prior to purchase for price/tip availability.
Continental USA Shipping

In most cases we ship via USPS or UPS ground or with tracking & delivery confirmation.  Generally, your item will ship per the timeline shown in the listing.  We will provide a tracking number / delivery confirmation on each shipment.  USPS may not necessarily "courtesy scan" your item at each location. Therefore, it may appear that it is not moving, but that is probably not the case.  Parcel Post shipments won't be "courtesy scanned" at all and will only update once delivered.
