    This silver plated sculpture features a pair of hands formed in a way that the Kohanim (the Hebrew Priests) used during the course of the blessing. The Jewish tradition states the Divine Presence would shine through the fingers of the priests as they blessed the people
    The Priestly Blessing (birkat kohanim) is engraved in gold Hebrew letters: "May God bless you, and guard you. May Gode make His face shine unto you, and be gracious to you"
    At the bottom the hands are decorated with Jerusalem Old City embossments
