    Description

    For sale is a document that has been signed by former New York Governor Mario Cuomo. Also included is a fountain pen that Mario Cuomo used to sign a bill into law on July 18th 1984. The document has an official NYS seal and has been signed by Cuomo and the secretary to the Governor Michael Del Giudice.
    As pictured the document and pen have been framed. The frame is approximately 16.5” x 10.5”. Overall the frame is in good shape, but the interior of the glass does appear to be a little dirty. This is your chance to own a nice piece of New York State political history.
