We ship Monday thru Friday (except holidays) within 2 business days of receiving your payment. Large orders or very fragile pieces may take a little longer. We normally ship USPS, but if the item is heavy or bulky, we may use an alternate carrier. We are always happy to combine shipping. Whenever possible we use recycled packing materials.
All sales are final. We may accept returns if the item is substantially different from how it was described in our listing, and it has not been damaged in shipping. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
If your item is damaged or lost, a claim needs to be filed with the carrier right away. Please contact us immediately so we can assist you with filing the claim.
USPS has recently made changes to how they handle claims. If the item was damaged in shipping, USPS now require that you, the buyer make the claim in person with your local Post Office. We as a seller are no longer allowed to file the claim. You must bring the item, the shipping box and all shipping materials with you to the local Post Office, to make the claim. Contact us immediately, so that we can help you with the filing of the claim.
All items are kept in a smoke and pet free environment. We work with exotic and endangered animals, and on rare occasions a hair or two from these animals may inadvertently be transferred to your order.
Proceeds from the sale of this item, is benefiting a nonprofit home for wildlife, where these magnificent animals can enjoy the rest of their life.
