" The 8" x 10" color photograph depicts the two men along with a third. Both signed the bottom margin. Kissinger was Secretary of State and National Security Advisor during Ford's Presidency. A typed letter from Kissinger's office accompanies the photo and states that Kissinger signed it in 1989. #10-2017
