Early English Sterling Silver - Snuff Box by Edward Edwards of London circa 1841 - weighs 1.83 troy ozs.
has an repousse border with a diapered pattern on the lid and base.
Marked: hallmarked with the makers mark E.E, lion passant, leopards head, date letter "f", duty mark.
Measurements: 2 3/8" by 1 1/2" by 11/16" in height.

Condition: Great Condition.
There is a note included: "This English silver snuff box 1841, belongs to Elizabeth (Hudson) Ashley,
left her by a Hudson cousin, Ethel Hudson.
