item is coming from ENGLAND of VICTORIAN times. The bowl is a deeply relieved, hand chased with a fantastic floral design
.
It is impossible to describe it as anything less than fantastic. It is in excellent condition with a light patina, and the piece carries the air of age.
I am fairly sure that seeing a set of two of these for sale is fairly rare. The beautiful items for your collection are marked with lion passant (sterling), upper case
I (1884-5y), leopard’s head, queen's head and London goldsmiths’ mark.  The bowl measure 10 1/4” x 8" x 1 3/8”.
Each bowl has never been monogrammed.
