For your consideration is a neat Georgian sterling Sugar Sifter, made in London, circa 1795. This Piece has super repousse Grape, Pear, and Orange fruit decorations in its bowl portion, along with etched vine and leaf decorations. Bowl portion of Sifter has piercings for the dispensing of the Sugar, and a scalloped border. Sifter is in very good lightly used condition, and has not been monogrammed. Marked: Hallmarks for Sterling, London, 1795, Maker Marks for Thomas Northcote and George Bourne. Length: 7 Inches. Weight: 44.7 Grams. Pa Buyers must pay 6% state sales tax unless tax exempt.
