Coleman Lindsey Inscribed & Signed Photo 1930's Louisiana History -H4

Description

This is a vintage photo of Coleman Lindsey. It is inscribed "To my friend B. W. Cason Commissioner of Labor with best wishes" then his signature. The photo would have been from 1936 to 1940 white Mr Cason was the commissioner. Mr Lindsey was a Democrat in the Louisiana senate from 1924-1928 then 1932-1939. After that he was the the Lieutenant Governor of Louisiana. The paper frame has some wear and there is a corner missing. There is also foxing and spots and marks on the outside. The inside and the photo are in pretty good condition. This item came from the estate of a family member of Mr. Cason.
