    Description

    This is a cabinet card photo of several men holding steel cable being positioned in a wooden frame which I presume is to serve as rebar for a concrete tunnel or pipe. There is a large tunnel or pipe in the distance. There is some construction equipment on the hill to the right. The photo dates to right around 1900-05. No photographer or location identified (back of mount is blank). Overall size: 7” x 6”. Good condition; no significant mars. Image has good contrast and clarity.
