Brown-Striped Sheaffer Balance Lever filler with gold trim. Fully Restored.
A very nice Sheaffer Balance Lever filler with Brown Stripes.
The Celluloid is in very good condition with minor wear and no cracks, scratches, or gouges. The imprint is crisp and easily legible.
The cap has no chips or cracks. The trim is gold and secure. There is some bracing to the cap band - see photo.
The section and barrel are in very good condition without defect. The lever is gold filled and the plating is intact.
The nib is a 14K Two-toned Lifetime nib and writes very smoothly.
The entire pen has been taken apart, cleaned, and polished by hand. The sac has been replaced and the pen is ready to use.
