Rectangular patch from the BCA (Billiard Congress of America) is a member patch from 2003-2004. Measures 3-1/8" x 1-3/4", with colorful machine-embroidered design and a dark green border. Pre-owned but has never been used. Iron-on backing still intact. Very nice condition.
