Antique Sheaffer Pen Store Display Cabinet HARD TO FIND Pick up or Shipping

Normally I would not even ship this large item, but since it comes a part due to poor adhesive on the glass I will add a shipping option to this listing.
Some assemblage is required!

Size: 23 1/2" by 18" by 40 1/4" Heavy item.
Note: Hard to find these display at all, but even harder to find one this old.
Condition:
Glass needs new adhesive to hold the corners together. Some scratches and one nick on the side glass, but it hides inside of the wood joint. Shows signs of use and age.
SOLD AS IS!
Needs new felt on the top where the glass sits. Tiny decorative piece is damaged on front (Hobby Lobby actually makes an accent wood piece this size and pretty close if you decide to replace/restore). Sturdy frame, doors open and shut properly. Nice old piece for your Store, Home or Office. Size:
It is a little heavy, but I load and un-load it myself. The top piece of glass comes off for access and the side piece (needs new adhesive).

Note:
I am taking the glass a part. I will supply new adhesive. It only glues in two joints then sets into the wood (I will also supply wood glue). I am shipping the glass in a separate package for safety along with the felt insert that comes out. This ways I can ship the item and keep it light. I will mark all pieces of glass with sticky tags for easy assemblage. If you put the side pieces in first then glue the edges the front piece should be easy to just slide into place then just tie something around it and done. Insert felt just sets in and the top glass just sits on the top. Easy, plus it will make it easy for you to move around! :-

I will use a lot of different materials on this item. Camping pads are great for heavy items, bed pads, swimming noodles and other similar foams. I might even use some pink panther foam board. I am an Artist so I like to design a safe package.
Handling:
3 - 4 Business Days for custom packaging. I will most likely ship the glass/insert in 2 days first. The base will take a little longer to safely cushion.
Payment:
Online only, which secures a hold for this item. It has a nice safe place inside right now so it is no problem holding it once payment is made. I understand that life gets busy.
Pick up:
Must pick up in one week or let me know a date/time if you need me to hold it longer. I am in my picking season so weekends are full except Sundays. I am usually free Mon to Thurs.

piece incase you want to replace the one on the front and some felt to replace the old junk stuff on the top. Assemblage require, but super simple. It is assemble or no shipping option at all...
Note: If you don't want to drive all the way into my town my friend has a loading truck and we can meet you by any end near the main Highway in a public location only (there are gas stations everywhere).
