bought in an estate auction.  The auction is middle to upper tier auction they called it by maker James Scott.  I dont know enough to talk when it comes to the hallmarks so judge for yourself.  i took a closeup of the side panel that has been engraved on 1 side.  the opposite side has not been engraved
