I decided to use more brass accents than copper in my new beach house.
This is a lovely, old piece.
The pitcher is hand-hammered copper with a tin lining.
The handle and base are brass.
Measuring 10.25” tall at the spout, the pitcher holds a whopping 8 cups.
The piece is quite heavy, weighing 2 pounds, 13 ounces.
Hand soldering.
No maker's marks.
Condition
:
I never polish antique copper.
The tin lining looks really good.
The handle is not sitting perfectly against the support (see close-up photo).
No dings to note.
