Antique Pre Civil War, most probably and engraved Roseland to center from The Roseland Plantation founded in the 1820's by James Harris Fitts & his wife Rebecca Emily Alston, Faunsdale, Alabama, footed teapot stand or calling card tray salver with unidentified 4 initial monogram. Measures 7" across x 1" tall, 310 grams. Excellent cherished condition, marks to base are slightly rubbed, similar to Johnson & Godley hallmark but has a date in diamond cartouche for 1850 & ----ayden & Co. partial retailers stamp as shown.
