2 pc Lot: Bert Lance Signed TIME Mag Cover (cover only) 1977 & Signed Letter......
This is a cover cut from a TIME magazine dated September 19, 1977 and is hand signed  by Director Lance and comes with a 7 x 8 inch letter on letterhead from EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT - OFFICE of MANAGEMENT and BUDGET and is dated Sept. 21, 1977 and is hand signed by Bert Lance.
The TIME cover was trimmed ( not the best job of trimming) to fit a plastic page made to store inside a 3-ring notebook,  and has 2 creases from being tri-folded,  also there was an address label on the cover that was removed by the former owner. The letter is slightly wrinkled above the letterhead and the address was marked out with a sharpie to protect the original owner of the magazine and letter--- see scans
This comes from a 994 piece collection of photos, magazines and postcards dated from the 1960’s to early 1990’s that I traded for in mid 1990s.
This one is real per Helen Sanders ( Sanders Price Guide to Autographs).  But there is not--repeat there is not a COA with this item. Please e-mail any questions to me.

All photos, magazine covers or autographs are shipped with a backing-board in a clear 2-3 mil clear poly bag and sandwiched between 2 pieces of cardboard and shipped inside a bubble pack/ Kraft envelope.

I can combine shipping on items won. I don't charge a handling charge per item added like a lot of sellers do, but, Please note that I normally charge a little more than the actual shipping costs ( apox. {{detail_product_description}}.50 to ) to cover only part of expense of boxes or bubble-pack bags, and does NOT include my cost of plastic bags, packing supplies, other shipping supplies - thx.
