This is a "1980" INDIANA ~ GEORGE ROGERS CLARK DESIGNED COLLECTOR'S LICENSE PLATE. It has the name of "FROST" PERSONALIZED on the plate. It has some rust on the back side but the front is in very nice condition and just needs to be cleaned. This is just one of several vintage license plates that I have listed and will list more in the next few days.
