1977 World Peace Day cover with 2 peace related US issues, hyde park ny mailers postmark permit and cachet.  Signature of Philip Noel-Baker (1889-1982), who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1959 for his work in multilateral nuclear disarmanent.  He was also a British politician and a 3 time olympian, winning a silver medal in 1920 in the 1500m.
