The signature/autograph of Francis Sargent has NOT been authenticated.
Moderate to heavy edge wear with indentations, paper loss and rust transfer along the upper edge line from a missing paperclip. Corners have moderate to heavy dog-eared folds, rounding, crushing and creasing. The top right corner has writing from an unknown hand. Overall creases are moderate with a few heavy mailing fold lines.  Soiling/darkening is heaviest along the borders. A few surface imperfections.
