I would consider the record to be in VG+condition, very minimal light surface markings, sticker on one side of the record me are the center, no heavy damage, a little dirty.. I would consider the record sleeve to be in VG+ condition as well. There is minimal shelf ware, name written on front cover in top right corner.. overall excellent condition..
