For the past few months now, my packages have been getting stuck at the regional facility(Elk Grove Village) in Illinois. Some packages still get delivered in the same week, however, many packages are getting stuck for 1-2 weeks before finally being processed. While 99% of my packages still get delivered safely, many of them are being delivered very late. I am doing my best to find a way around this, but right now all post offices within an hour of my location send packages to the Elk Grove Village distribution center.
