Nib:  This pen comes with a FINE Sheaffer nib.

Condition:  The condition will be "excellent vintage."  There may be micro wear
due to the age of the pen.  It's 50+ years old.
The nib may say 304 (which is FINE).
These pens are the Sheaffers we Baby Boomers used in the 60s-70s in middle and high school.  Some call it a school pen.
